Operating hours:

Lottosheli website operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The service center will be glad to be at your disposal for any clarification and technical support during the following business hours:

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday- from 9:00 to 22:00

Tuesday- from 9:00 to 22:30

Friday- from 9:00 to 14:00

Saturday- from the conclusion of the Sabbath  to 23:00

Forms filled by use of the Application before and/or after the service center’s opening hours, Subject to the amount of sending requests in the system and to the opening hours of Miphal Hapayis stations, will be scanned and sent via e-mail once the center is operating.
